做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
