做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
