做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
