做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
