做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
