做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
