做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
