做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
