做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
