做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
