做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
