做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
