做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
