做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
