做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
