做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
