做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
