做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
