做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
