做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
