做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
