做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
