做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
