做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
