做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
