做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
