做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
