做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
