做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
