做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
