做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
