做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
