做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
