做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
