做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
