做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
