做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
