做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
