做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
