做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
