做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
