做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
