做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
