做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
