做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
