做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
