做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
