做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
