做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
