做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
